Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original. packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  • Contact Customer Support to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
  • Specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate your preference for replacement (whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color) or a refund.
  • Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  • Send all items back to us using the label provided.

What the return process usually looks like:

 refund, returning funds usually take anywhere from 7 to 21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested an exchange in a different size or style, an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated.

Salty® Brands will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a brand representative to be defective. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


What is the turn-around time?

All of our products are print-on-demand and require 7-10 business days to produce. You will receive a notification by email the day it ships. 

One of my items is currently on back order.

You have three options. Send us an email and let us know what you would like to do.

a. You can wait for your item to come back in stock and will ship it to you then.

b. You can exchange it for a different size or color in the same style and price.

c. You can request a refund for this item.

I ordered the wrong size. What do I need to do to make a return?

No problem. Send us an email and let us know you would like to make an exchange.

As all products are print-on-demand, you will need to place an order for the new product in the size you want on the website. Upon receiving the order, we can make your new product and send you a return label and a bag with that order.

Please ship your return item within 7 days of receiving the replacement item. Once we receive your return, we can refund your order for those items. If we do not receive the return item within 30 days, you will be billed for the item and shipping label.

I received the wrong item. How do I get the correct item?

We apologize for the mistake. Send us an email and let us know you received the wrong item.

Keep the item or give it to someone that you know I'm sure they'll like it as a gift. We will get the correct item printed and shipped in the right size.
